1.3.2011 永丰:

三叔公有两则文章“三十九个老婆”跟“学学瑜伽九招”
因为图片发生了一点技术问题而让大家开不到,在这里
向大家说“抱歉”,三叔公已把它们 Delete了。

今天让我们谈谈关于“走步”对身体的好处。五张以上的
人大多数都会有“膝盖疼痛问题”,这是我们的膝盖已经
开始退化了。最适合咱们这把年纪的运动是一些比较没有
对膝盖有刺激的运动。“慢走 或 快走”就特别适合了。

     



My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. 

Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where the hell she is. 

 

The only reason I would take up exercising is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.  



I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
